NOTE:  This contract was established in base year 2012, with four additional one year options extending through 2017. Annual price list updates will occur 12/5 and the same date every year thereafter. With this being said, quoted list prices remain valid as long as Price List v.10 is current. Project pricing for orders placed after the 3/5 date will have to be authorized in advance by an Enwork Representative.

Exclusions from this contract include:

  • Auditorium or fixed seating.
  • Laboratory fixtures and equipment, i.e. plumbing fixtures, hoods, filtration, technology applications.
  • Information technology/data fixtures featuring or facilitating technology applications or software.
  • Floor panels and any component that hangs from a floor supported panel.

Discounts:

  • Discounts shall apply to Price List v12.
  • Additional volume discounting is available on purchases totaling 50,000 dollars or more net. Please consult one of our Enwork Contacts (see below) for further information.

Inside Delivery:

Standard delivery of all goods for this contract includes inside and ready for use, unless otherwise stated on the state user’s purchase order.  Inside means any location within a state user’s occupied building.  Ready for use means product is unpacked, assembled, inspected and accepted by the State user.

Installation and Design Services:

  • Installation of products requiring custom or complex fitting due to the nature of the product shall be quoted, ordered, and billed separately by one of our Enwork Authorized Dealers.
  • Design services (availability based upon the discretion of the Dealer) will be quoted, ordered, and billed separately.

Order Cancellation:

  • An order may be cancelled by a South Carolina agency upon written notice within 30 days of acceptance of the purchase order by an Enwork Authorized Dealer. Any order that is cancelled beyond the 30 day timeframe will be assessed a restocking fee of 75% of the purchase order’s total cost.
  • No order may be cancelled once an Enwork Authorized Dealer has received an acknowledgment of the order from Enwork. This includes any quick ship orders or special product orders that have been scheduled for shipment.

Enwork Authorized Dealers will be servicing the contract to eligible users throughout the 46 counties of South Carolina on our behalf. Therefore, purchase orders and payments will be made out to and placed with an Authorized Dealer (obligated to accept the South Carolina VISA Purchasing Card for no extra charge). Bid Reference #SC 4400005962  to be used on quotes or orders placed for this contract. Enwork’s standard ten year warranty is in effect for this contract and warranty claims/resolutions will be handled by an Authorized Dealer.  Maximum delivery time of orders shall not exceed the state’s mandated 90 day delivery requirement, unless the delivery date specified on the purchase order exceeds this requirement. Lead times are subjected to the products ordered and the size of the order; please consult our lead time matrix sheet.
